Cam has over 25 years in the photographic industry with vast experience in studio and location lighting, camera techniques and editing for stills photography. For the last 8 years he has been running photography workshops and providing private tuition in many aspects of photography but it is his core strength of photographic lighting where most people seek his expertise. 
 

Cam runs monthly portrait and model photography style workshops at his Woolloongabba studio with a different theme each month. Often featuring interstate and international professional models while they are visiting Brisbane but also utilising local talent. The emphasis on these workshops is to create an opportunity for photographers of all levels to gain experience working models in a studio environment to either progress their skill level or just capture some great images for their portfolio. The studio is fully equiped with the flash and LED lighting equipment and accessories so all you need to bring along is your camera and lenses.

These workshops are usually run around the last Sunday of the month from 2-5pm, with a maximum of 12 photographers in attendance. These 3 hour workshops typically cost $175 pp but the price can fluctuate depending on the complexity of the theme and the number of models involved.

Cam also occasionally runs both Introductory Demonstration style workshops such as his Introduction to Studio Lighting and longer, more intensive hands-on workshops for those photographers specifically interested in learning and enhancing their skills in all aspects of photography from composition, lighting, posing, editing and printing.
